Job Description
To lead various HR initiatives for the Business Unit
Responsible for implementation of all human resource processes.
Responsible for implementation and facilitation of Performance Management System, co-ordination and facilitation of Organization Development Review related activities
Responsible for all Corporate HR policy guidelines implementation
Responsible for initiating and driving all employee development initiatives.
Responsible for initiating process for identification of training needs, planning and conducting in-house training programs / external
training programs.
All matters related HR administration matters, implementation of welfare schemes, arranging employee participation programs, administration of employee recognition program
Desired Profile
Experience of at least 10years handling the operational aspects of HR & Training in IT Company (pref. Product based) with atleast 200 employees.
Candidates from NCR would be preferred.
Can handle/supervise HR Functions independently
Can handle/manage/organize training & development programmes
Liaison and coordinating capabilities
Excellent & Effective Communication skills
Must be conversant with the latest practices /interventions in the T&D function
Excellent organizational, leadership, and general management skills.
