We are a MNC engaged in manufacturing, trading & network marketing in India, South Africa, Dubai & Sri Lanka with our head quarters based in Singapore.
The product range includes Tires, Electrical, General HArdware & roofing solutions.

Our Sri Lanka operations with over 1000 employees including 400 executive level cadre in our team & turnover exceeding 200crore/annum have recently restructured its business process, which is fast moving us into a 500crore/annum organisation.

Due to rapid expansion & forecasted growth, we require the services of a proactive & dynamic Chief Executive Officer

Following attributes are necessary:
Ability to overlook a team of senior managers & drive team to achieve their KPI's
Ensure the organisational ROI goals are achieved within a specified time frame
Relieve the Directors from day to day affairs of running the organisation.
Effective management of the supply chain.
Recruiting the right people for the key positions.
Being a good coach & guide to top management.
Understanding cash flow and working capital management.
Previous experience in Training & Development environment.

Ideally a Masters from a top 5 institute with professional qualification in Finance and excellent knowledge of marketing.

Age : 40-55 years.
