Position : TRAINING MANAGER (Training & Development)
Organization : An IT/Software Company for their eLearning SBU Location : Delhi
Experience : 7 - 10 years; atleast 2 years in Employee Training &
Development function
Qualification : PG/MBA in HR
The person will be responsible for implementation, administration,
delivery and operatios of technical & skill-based training programs,
practices at all levels of personnel in the organisation. Works with the Business Group to understand their training requirements/ needs and prepare courses including the method, media and documentation of the program etc.
