Position :- Organisation Development Manager

Company Profile :- An American Pharma MNC with a T/O of 580crs and 450 employees, and interests in all therapeutic segments.

Job Profile :-
Identify competencies and develop proficiency levels. Train assessors on the dynamics of assessment centre.
Talent Acquisition and competency based recruitment process for all levels and functions.
Institutionalise assessment centre as an integral part of career progression.
Establish functional and role induction process at field level.
Design and implement Performance Management System.
HR Analysis of various inter & intra organization/ industry HR variables to facilitate the decision-making.
Conduct Corporate Training Programmes.

Experience :- Total of 10 to 12 years of work experience in good companies

Age Group :- Less than 35 yrs

Qualification :- MMS in Human Resources from a Premiere Institute.

Compensation :- Upto 12 lakhs
