Experience level - 2 to 6 yrs
Candidate Profile - Candidates in the role of Business Analysts in the IT Sector or Candidates with experience in Retail/FMCG/Banking or Pharmaceutical organizations interested in an industry switch to
IT. Cognizant would leverage their in-depth knowledge of these
industries.
Candidates should have knowledge of industry trends and opportunities.Should have ability to analyze, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedures. Competitor intelligence in areas such as competitor capability, service offering, market penetration etc.

Technology orientation.
Good written, verbal & presentation skills.
Negotiation and influencing skills.

MUST HAVE

1. MBA preferably from a Top B-School
2. 1-2 years experience in reputed software company pre/post MBA 3. Strong analytical skill; excellent communication and people skills 4. Aggressive, go-getter, self-motivated NICE TO HAVE

1. Experience in Vertical domain
2. Familiarity and exposure to SDLC and different technologies 3. Client facing roles onsite/offshore
