* be able to do Training Need Analysis
* design taining & devt progs for different gruops & within budget
* design & develop training materials
* Monitor training delivery & review post training progress
* Supervise gruop of trainers
Ideal Candidate should have
* Masters degree in HR
* 8+ yrs of exp
* Worked in Global organisation
