Manager – Training and Development

We are in a look out for Manager – Training and Development for our
client a leading Manufacturing company based at chennai.

Manager – Training and Development

Educational Qualification : Degree in Behavioural Science or MBA in
HR, Diploma in Training & Development (Desirable)

Skills & Knowledge requirement :
• Strong business acumen and ability to link training to business
needs.
• Process orientation - should be able to revisit processes with a
view to improving the same.
• HRIS particularly with respect to tracking of training and other
associated MIS.

Experience : A minimum of 5-10 years experience with significant
exposure to training/Organisation development either in a line
function or from a consulting background.

Professional Exposure :
• Developing course content,design of training programmes
and Delivery of training.
• Demonstrated track record in facilitating change management and
having implemented such initiatives in large organizations.
• Knowledge of different learning styles and expertise in
implementing different training methodologies accordingly such as e- learning etc.
