This is regarding sales training' ON THE JOB IN THE MARKET"
for FMCG front line sales personnel and distributor sales personnel.
The trainer conducts a Pr-market training at the distributors' place and trains him on the job in the market by making joint calls (min 25 calls per day) and again in the evening bring him back to the learning table to summarise the learnings from the market.
We require FMCG experienced sales people (may be retired or VRS people or Area Sales Managers(now without a firm job) looking for a temporary jobs -are the ones suitable for this kind of training assignment.
