2) Assistant Manager - HR
This profile is with GE Countrywide Consumer Financial Services. There are 2 requirements and the position would be based in Calcutta / Ahmedabad.

Position Responsibilties
Responsibility for end to end HR activities for the region
Closure of all joining formalities for new joiness.
Implementation of all performance management processes - goal setting, mid year review, annual appraisal.
Employee touch - query and grievance resoluton, all employee communication activities for the region.
Supporting the Regional HR Manager in career based employee movements
Supporting the regional hiring team in interviews.

Qualifications and Experience.
MBA's with total of 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
