:- In addition to having in depth experience of HR practices of industry , candidate should be well versed in change management and new concepts of HR such as Performance Management Systems, Balanced Score Card, Benchmarking HR practices , linking HR systems to Business Strartegies etc

Company is a part of a large Industrial House and has succeeded in establishing its Brand name in Hypermarket segment.
:- MBAs or equivalent from a well ranked institute
:- Age around 35 years
relevant experience in Managing HR issues of Mega Retail Outlets, Malls . Those with experience in Major Hotels and other industries where interface of Companies with customers are high may also be considered.
Although Recruitment and Training will be the main areas , candidates who are familiar with new concepts of HR, culture building, Performance Management Systems, Benchmarking HR practices will be given preference . Experience of compliance with Statutory Provisions will be an advantage.
