We have a requirement of Head HR with 15 yrs. of exp.
* Candidate should be conversant with all HR practices, local labour
laws, guidelines etc.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and conceptual skills,
ability to motivate employees.
* Relevant work expereince in a large 1000+BPO/ITES organisation is
a must.
* Should have handled all facts of HR such as Performance
Management, Compensation, personal grievance handling, KRA setting,
Counseling, OD and Change Management, Policy handling etc. *Should have handled a large HR team of at least 5 to 10 people.
Salary package is between 15 to 20 lacs.
