Exp: 2-7 Years of Exp in Recruitment activities; should be able to handle strategic hiring.
KRA’s of the Role
·Channel Management for all Local (within Banglore) & Outstation Hiring
·Overall responsibility of generating quality footfalls through Advertisements, Channel Partners, Campus or other sources
The person will be responsible for all the Support level Hiring. (Which is all the Managerial, DM level, AM Level, Exec, Sr exec et cetra. He/She would be responsible for the management of the entire Support Hiring Cell in Bangalore
Develop and Manage vendors (Very Critical)
Oversee the MIS and ERP System for the Support Hiring
Working on compensation and budgeting.
Benchmarking projects for optimization of Central Recruitment Team.
Key Skills Requirements
Should have good Industry Knowledge
Should have the ability to handle the Management people .
Good Negotiation Skills
Should Have Excellent Interpersonal Skills
