ABN Amro - Multiple Positions - Multi locations

Following are the new requirements, we are working on for ABN Amro Bank.

1) Corporate Segment Manager (VP level) in Chennai:
The candidate would be responsible for sourcing and handling salary account business for the bank and also to cross sell various assets and investment options through his/ her team. Ideal candidate would be from the banking industry with previous exposure in handling corporate salary accounts/ assets or in acquisitions. The candidate should have 7 to 9 years of experience and should have good team handling skills. The ctc for this position is between 12 to 17 lacs + incentives. salary is not a constrain for the right candidate.

2) Corporate Segment Mgr (AVP) in Bangalore: The role is same as above. For this position the candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience and the ctc would be between 10 to 15 lacs.

3) Corporate Programme Manager (AVP) in Chennai: The candidate would be responsible for carrying out sales promotional activities/ marketing/ target activities for corporates. The Ideal candidate should have a background in marketing as well as sales with about 4 to 5 years of experience post qualification. Knowledge of financial products would be an added advantage. The ctc for this position would be between 10 to 12 lacs (negotiable).

4) Area Head - VGPB (AVP) in Chennai: This position will be responsible for acquiring business for the Van Gogh Preferred Banking. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 5 years of experience in either wealth management,liabilities sales, investments or insurance. Two senior RM's and four RM's report into this position. The ctc for this position will be 10 to 15 lacs (negotiable).

5) VGPB Head (VP/AVP) in Chennai: The position is responsible for taking care of the sales and operations/service aspects of the retail banking accounts with the Networth between 30 lakhs to 1 crore. The ideal candidate for this position should have 8 to 10 years of relevant banking experience preferably in a similar role or in liability sales. The person should have experience in handling teams and very strong relationship / people skills. The CTC for this position will be between 16 lakhs to 20 lakhs(is not a constrain for the right candidate). For further clarifications please feel free to contact the undersigned.
