We are looking for a Manager- HR Services for a global multimedia
corporation.
The incumbent will be responsible for designing,planning and
implementing corporate compensation programmes, policies, and procedures
to enhance the organisations ability to recruit, retain employees and
drive superior performance. He/She will also oversee all HR operations
activities through Sr. Executive -HR operations.
Should have an M.B.A in HR/PM&IR, age group 28-32 years,5-7 years
experience of which 2-3 years of core C&B experience.Preferred industry
background would be marketing and distribution organisations using
multiple channel sales and service. Multi industry exposure is
preferable.
The incumbent should have competencies in Manpower planning and
budgeting, Compensation and benefits management experience in a team
leader role and strong interpersonal, teamwork, leadership and
communication skills.
The above position is based at Delhi/NCR.
