Seagram India is the South Asia Region headquarters for Pernod Ricard, the second largest beverage alcohol company in the world. The South Asia Region looks after 13 countries, and is based out of Gurgaon.

We have a base of 15 world class manufacturing facilities.

To bolster our HR team, we are looking for an HR Professional from a premier institute (batches of 200-02), to be based out of our Corporate Office in Gurgaon.

This is a generalist role, and is meant for female candidates only, in accordance with our gender parity programme.

The role encompasses recruitment, training, policy, compensation, appraisal, and in short, the entire gamut of HR activities. The incumbent will be a part of the HR Committee for the South Asia region.

She should have had relevant experience in recruitment and at least some exposure in other HR functions. A good knowledge of MS DOS and XL is critical. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a pleasing personality are pre-requisites.

Salary would not be constraint for the right candidate.
