Our clients are the software development and services division of a
large Software Services MNC in India. They are also based in Bombay and are looking to hire a Compensation/Appraisal Executive to join them ASAP. These are Full time/permanent positions and need to be filled in at the earliest.
To qualify for these positions, you should:
- Have a good Educational Background (MBA in HR)
- Have at least 2 - 5 years of Total Experience in the Human
Resources Function (Non Recruitment Experience)
- Have "Effective" Communication skills
- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai
There are two open positions:
1. Compensation Experts
- candidates should have a strong experience in Designing and Implementing Compensation/Benefits Structures and Policies
2. Performance Appraisal Experts
who should have a strong experience in Designing and Implementing Performance Appraisal Programs within a large organization
