Manager (OD & Training) - Delhi

We are currently assisting one of the largest Indian multi national corporation’s in locating a Manager OD & Training – this is a New Delhi based position and reports in to General Manager – Training / OD.

Role of Manager (OD & Training)

Job Purpose:
To support in process design and development for the group globally and independently be responsible for campus relationship activities

Job Description:
Process Development
· Identifying areas on process improvements and OD interventions. · Understanding global best practices of various processes. · Mapping “as is” process. · Help in designing “to be” process. · Documentation of process.

Training Delivery
· Identifying key training requirements continuously, for different categories of employees and for various functions, like Marketing, Finance etc · Organizing the programmes · Evaluating and tracking programme effectiveness · Environment scanning of training organizations for identifying trainers and latest programmes offered

Brand Building and Campus Relationship
· Developing the group Brand in the industry and business schools
· Liaising with key campuses and developing strategies for increasing the group’s visibility (organizing lectures, guest speakers, ppts etc)
· Recruitment activities at campuses
· Designing recruitment tools (GD case lets)

Management Trainee Programme
· Planning and scheduling induction
· Implementing the induction process for MTs
· Planning their development through various methods including projects
· Managing the summer training process

Desired Profile of Manager (OD & Training) Essentialcompetencies :
--> MBA in HR from premium Business School (XLRI / TISS / SIBM)
--> Approximately 6 years of total experience. Experience of handling HR activities for an entire unit.
--> Experience in change management

Necessary competencies :
--> Initiative
--> Influencing ability
--> Detailed conscious
--> Creativity
--> Relationship building

Desirable:
--> 2 years experience in a consulting role (internal / external)
