Head _ Recruitment
(Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Bangalore, Chennai)
Responsibilities:
* To head recruiting activities for a particular location.
* To manage a team of recruiters and work with deadlines.
* Report to management on competition activities.
* Co-ordinate campaigns for campus and regular recruitments.
* Manage vendors and make them performance driven.
Compensation is not a constraint for the right candidate
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master of Computer Application/Computer Science, Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management or Master of Engineering/Technology in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Sales & Marketing, Others or equivalent.
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Aplicants should have atleast 8 years experience out of which, they should have atleast 3 years should have been in a resourcing role
* should be comfortable handling bulk IT professionals hiring.
* Should have worked on lateral hiring in IT companies.
