Manager-Compensation and Benefits Management.

Desired Profile : Post graduate in Human Resources with minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in anchoring or closely coordinating atleast one Compensation Review in his/her currently organization. Must be Proficient in Quantitative Technique and good at number crunching. Must be quick to learn; able to handle both C&B as well as HRIS functions if the need arises.

The position would be based at Mumbai. Only Mumbai Candidates Need apply for the Job.
