Key responsibilities :
- networking with HR Heads in different forums
- assessing and interviewing candidates for senior positions in different industry verticals
- developing suitable assessment frameworks for different roles across industry
- coach and mentor research associates
- consultative advice to clients on compensation, role profiling and compentency framework for various positions across different industry verticals
- handling internal HR for the company
- sourcing assessment capability from outside
Experience and Education :
10 - 15 years of experience from HR consulting/Placement consulting firms/or any other industry.
MBA(HR) degree from a reputed institution
Location : New Delhi/Mumbai
Compensation : Comparable to the best in the industry
