An IT company, with its HQ in NOIDA (Delhi NCR) is looking for a dynamic individual to head its HR function. Details as below:
The company currently employs 800+ software professionals and is a leading player in providing products and services to the Banking and Financial Services Industry vertical. It has its HQ in NOIDA and has development centres in Pune, Chennai and Singapore, and Business Development offices in the US, China and Japan.
The incumbent will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR activities (HR Strategy, Operations, Compensation, Performance Management, Recruitment & Retention, Training) in all of the above locations, i.e, a global mandate.
The profile of the candidate should be as follows:
A. 12+ years of experience (mandatory) in the HR Function, preferably in the IT/ITeS/Services industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role,
B. A Post-Graduate qualification from a reputed institute
Compensation offered is negotiable.
