Multiple HR Requirements

We are Approach Intl, an Executive search firm based in Delhi.(approach@vsnl.com)

We are looking at filling the following positions in HR:

1. Delhi (NCR) based Manager/AM position for a leading US based MNC, provider of insurance & reinsurance coverage & financial products/ services.

With strong global presence, managing high end international fortune 500 corporate clients, XL Capital have recently penetrated & started operations in India; have strong growth plans over the next 2 yrs in areas of risk mgmt/credit control/product mgmt property/claims admin etc (http://www.xlcapital.com/)
Candidate profile: Overall 3-5 years exp in HR including full life cycle recruiting for a national / global firm preferably in a BPO/insurance setup. (MBA's from XL/TISS/Symbiosis).
Aggressive, self starter, mature decision maker; enjoys working in multi-cultural & geographically diverse work environment; Will report in to the Head HR (UK) with matrix reporting to CEO India.

2. Mumbai based senior position for a leading BPO services company with associates strength of 400+ in Mumbai & 600+ in Delhi(NCR);both centers poised for rapid growth plans to double in the next 12 months to Head Mumbai centre HR operations.
Candidate profile: Overall 8+ yrs exp in buz & corp HR: strong preference from BPO HR background.

3. Delhi based GM position for a leading MN FMCG Company, extremely high end & dynamic work environment & profile for this position.
Candidate profile: 96/97/98 batches with exp in an HR generalist role & managing staffing exp;

4. Chennai based Area Manager Position for a leading MN FMCG company:
Candidate profile: 94/95 batches with strong IR exp, have worked in volatile IR situations; strong preference for Tamil speaking candidates.
