centers in Bangalore and Noida. Globally, it is a part of Headstrong
Inc. (www.headstrong.com). The Financial Services Division (FSD),
which caters to leading investment banks, is one of the fastest
growing divisions of the company, and for the division at Bangalore,
we would like to invite applications for Recruiters and Recruitment
Coordinators. FSD at Bangalore was started in November 2002, when we
took over the people assets of Webtek, the IT subsidiary of Dresdner
Bank, which was closing in India. Over 90% of the staff is from IIT's and IIM's.
The details of the positions are as follows:
Position : Recruiter
Education : Management Graduate (relaxable)
Experience : 2 -7 yrs of with at least 2 years in IT recruiting in a
reputed organization
Requirements:
- Prior experience of recruiting software professionals in varied
skills for a Software Consulting organization
- Possess the potential to work with stiff recruiting targets
- High awareness of the IT market place
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with the sourcing channels including developing placement
agencies/vendors
- Process oriented and ability to network with candidates. Should
have strong head hunting abilities and should be willing to do cold
calling if required
Position : Recruitment Coordinator
Education : Management Graduate (relaxable)
Experience : 1+ years of IT recruitment experience.
Responsibilities :
- Managing Career Websites,
- Resume screening and formatting
- Headhunting, Lead Generation and cold calling
- Interview coordination
Person Profile :
- Excellent Communication and Sales Skills
- Knowledge of the IT industry
- Familiarity with internet search
- Target oriented
Both positions are Bangalore based and start ASAP
