Today LI is poised to take off significantly and looking for people to partner the process. We are looking for people in Bombay, Delhi, Chennai & Hyderabad for the following positions:

1)Regional / Unit Head (Code RH) : He /she will be responsible for the profitability of the entire business in a location. Should be an MBA preferably in sales & marketing with around 10-15 years of post qualification experience. Prior experience as a profit center head in a staffing firm would be ideal/sales experience in terms of heading a unit as a profit center. Responsibility would include ensuring that the business is run in a profitable manner in a location.

2)Practice Leader (Code PL): He/She will be responsible for driving
business across specific industry segments. Will report in to the Unit Head. Should be a MBA preferably in Sales /Marketing. Have 6-8 years of experience. Prior experience in a staffing firm would be ideal. Will have a team of 2-4 people under him/her. Responsibility would include the entire gamut of business activity right form initiating business to ensuring deliverables.

3)Sourcing & Relationship Manager (Code SRM): He / she will be
responsible for sourcing, managing client relationships across specific sectors. SRM's will report to the Practice leader. Should be a graduate /MBA in HR/Sales/Marketing with 1-3 years of experience. Experience with a staffing firm/recruitment firm will be preferred.

4)Sourcing Head (Code: SH): He/she will be responsible for creation & maintenance of a centralized database. This position will be based in Mumbai and will report to the Unit Head. Should be an MBA-Sales/Marketing with atleast 6 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in a staffing firm/market research firm would be ideal.

5)HR Executive/Manager(Code HRex/M): He/she will be responsible for handling the entire gamut of HR activities for our interim staff. Will report in to the HR Head (Corporate). Should be an MBA in HR with 0-4 years of experience. Prior experience in working with a staffing firm in a similar role will be preferred. Familiarity with labour laws would be an added advantage

6) Payroll Outsourcing Executive( Code POE): He /She will be responsible for handling the payroll activities of our interim staffers and ensuring their salaries are paid on time. Will report to the Unit Head. Should be a commerce graduate with at-least 2 years of experience in handling Payroll exclusively. Should be familiar with the latest payroll packages and their applications.
