We are looking for a Staffing Manager Recruitment(S&M Org), based at Delhi for a Global Giant into Hardware It Products
Role: responsible for initiating & implementing recruitment strategy, e-recruitment strategy; streamline recruitment related initiatives for smooth process flow to improve team productivity; ability to drive & lead his/her team & meet targets.
Your Profile: 6-10 yrs exp in out of which at least 2-3 experince in recruitments with technology exposure . MBA from premium B school with managerial skills to design/implement recruitment initiatives; ability to drive, manage & lead a team; ability to meet target deadlines. Past experince of working in a large systems driven ,process driven IT or Telecom sector or System Integration company is highly desirable.
