Financal Controller

Major responsibilities
·produce financial information and make it available to
·monthly and ad-hoc reporting (deviation analysis of KPIs such as income & cost, AuM, NNA
·quarterly performance & achievement review of Relationship Managers and Markets
·budget and strategic business plans on branch level and RM level
·fast and accurate delivery and accurate management of information by using varialbe MIS tools
·conduct thorough analyses of costs and earnings in the monthly closing statements.
·ensure flawless data quality of monthly financial information
and coordinate timely data delivery.
·actively participate in the financial planning
·be involved in a wide range of projects and provide input on concepts being developed.
·have the opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge of various
specialist areas (e.g. cost and revenue controlling or performance
measurement).

Requirements
·knowledge of US GAAP (GAAP = Generally Accepted Accounting Principle)
·ability to think analytically; a flair for numbers
·ability to produce high-quality results when working under time pressure
·service-orientation, because you will draw up branch reports for top management and others taking their needs into consideration
·Access/Visual Basic knowledge
·very good knowledge of English

Prerequisites
·MBA in Finance of applied science and an additional qualification (e.g. in banking, controlling)
·Several years of experience in controlling in the banking industry
