HR Manager for a leading MNC - Delhi

Our client is a leading IT company based out of Delhi, our client is well known for strong IT products .

To add strength to their businesses they are looking for a HR Manager to be based at Delhi.

The R&R ( in brief )for the position are as follows:
* Employee Relations : Maintain, develop rich employee relations to create a long term productive bond with the company
* One Point Contact : Be a one point of contact for all the employees for Employee queries, issues etc
* Reinforce a good employer brand amongst the employees on the regular basis thru HR practices & processes
* Provide leadership in the new initiatives in HR practices , processes and policies of the company

Person specs are as follows:
MBA with 5-7 years of exp
Extremely strong in leadership , managerial and interpersonal communication, inter and intra personal relations.
Ability and willingness to contribute to the HR for building a long term success story in HR .

Location : Delhi

Compensation : will not be a constraint to the right candidate
