Responsible for defining best practices in industry & setting up own manufacturing units through extensive product and market study and advise on optimum size and scale of operations. Specific focus on complete project management - liaising with external agencies, recruting, builiding the team etc
Ideal candidates would be Business Managers with MBA Operations from reputed institutes with at least 3-4 years relevant exp. Prior exp in setting up manufacturing units in a similar industry is a must or should be currently working in operations of a unit manufacturing food products. Those with FMCG background in packaged products industry would be preferred.
