HR Head -IT company - Trivandrum

Our client a leading IT company with very strong products added with good global clientele is on the lookout of a HR head .

The R&R ( in brief) for this position is as follows:
* Create a global organisation with speed and productive culture
* Create and Manage best in class HR policies and processes to facilitate creation of successful organisation.
* Strategise,, create process and practices and embedd them in the culture for leadership growth of Human Capital and thereby businesses.
* Create and Manage a good HR image for the company in the global market

Person specs:
* Post graduate in PMIR, Management, or Behavioural Sciences
* Good history in managing and leading medium size organisation/s
* High Business , Interpersonal and Intrapersonal leadership
* Ability and willingness to create a sustainable and growing organisation in the global market

Experience : Ideal would be exp range from 10 to 15 years
