Our client a leader in ITES segment are on the lookout of HR Manager for their Corporate Office in Delhi

In brief the R&R is as follows:
* Create and Implement business friendly and empployee friend sound HR policies and practices
* Manage and create good HRIS systems and processes for the company
* Support creating a learning organisation
* Support HR head in managing the organisation from HR perspective

Person Specs:
MBA from good schools of management
Conceptually sound practical
Good interpersonal, intrapersonal and social skills
Ability and willingness to deliver results for the growing organisation

Exp: from 8-10 years, candidates need to have ITES / call center experience
Location : Delhi
