Global Head HR - Delhi / Noida

We are a leading Search & Selection company with operations in Bangalore & Delhi. Currently, we are looking for a Global HR head for exciting company in the Delhi/Noida region.

Our client believes that an enterprise software company's core competency is not so much in building a software factory, but rather in identifying a market, specifying a product, building the brand and developing a path to that market. Thus, 6the company forges partnerships with the worlds leading software technology innovators such as AOL, Kivera and Mantas to increase their competitiveness through the delivery of more complete solutions at a higher quality, lower cost and in less time by leveraging state-of the-art automation, a world-class dual-shore engineering team and a proven product development process. The company, headquartered in Vienna, Virginia and with a 50,000 square/foot software development facility in New Delhi, India employs over 300 people today. From the start it has maintained the highest standards for hiring and boasts more than 50% of its engineers as former graduates of India's IIT, one of the most exclusive universities in the world.

The company has been funded by Draper Atlantic, an East coast affiliate of DFJ, one of the top VC firms in the world. The company enjoys a unique position within the extended DFJ portfolio as the only global services firm funded by the network and has established relationship with four DFJ portfolio companies to date. Company is profitable and has grown from zero to ten million in annualized revenues in just 32 months and has ambitious growth plans. In the same time period, the company has forged partnerships with over 40 US based ISV's and ASP's. The Company has plans to grow to a run rate of $50M by 2006.

Position Profile:

The company is looking to hire a VP-HR (Global Head). The VP-HR will be based in India and will have overall responsibility for the HR practices of the company.

a. Providing strategic direction to the Indian operations and be a big part of formulating worldwide strategy.
b. Building the right corporate culture within the India operation and align it with Induslogic worldwide culture.
c. Building and managing a high quality leadership team in India & US
d. Scaling the Indian team to a 2,000 people organization over three years.
e. Building the best HR practices
f. Taking the organization to P-CMM Level 5 compliance

The right candidate will have:
. At least 15+ years of experience in the IT industry
. At least 5 years of experience in a Corporate HR Role
. Participated in an executive role in the growth of an IT services companies grow from under 500 people to over 1,000 people
. A dynamic and high energy individual who can build loyalty and lasting relationships
. Outstanding leadership and communications skills.
. A degree in HR from a Premier Business School
