Size could go upto 12-20 peopleResponsibilities *Ensure hiring of the right quality, in the right timeframes and within budget*Strategy on managing placement consultants and Serach firms and outsourcing non-critical aspects of hiring*Evaluate and finalize new, innovative, low-cost and effective hiring methods*Constantly evaluate hiring effectiveness and strive for continuos improvement*Seek to expand the talent pool by evaluating new employeee profiles and assess their suitability for organizationUnique Knowledge & Skill Requirement *Should have managed the recruitment function in a high-pressure environment where there is a need to constantly juggle bewtween meeting numbers as well as quality *Should have the ability to constantly juggle priorities effortlessly and take high levels of stress *Should have high interpersonal, influencing and
communication skills *Should be able to take decsions based on an analysis of facts and data and see the secnd level consequences of a decision Profile Qualification Experience (Years)Post Graduate Minimum of 12 - 15 Years experience in a similar field and should have been responsible for recruitment in a similar organization /or in function
