PERSON SPECIFICATION :
Qualifications: Should be PGDBM/ MBA (HR) from a reputed institute

Experience: Should have at least 5 to 6 yrs of experience of which at least 2+ years of experience in leading a HR team responsible for 100+ work-forces, in the service industry experience; preferable 1-2 years of BPO experience.

Age: 28 - 30 years.

Attributes:
·Hands on experience in Performance Management .
·Ability to work under pressure and comfortable with matrix reporting with ability to balance line & functional pressures.
·Hands on experience in at compensation and recruitment .

Aptitude: Approachability, Dealing with ambiguity.

Key Competencies: Business Acumen, Comfortable around top management, strategic agility, building team spirit, developing subordinates.

Compensation : Upto - 6 Lacs.
