What are we looking for -

Client Managers - Professionals with 6+ years of experience , should have spent at least two years in the recruitment industry. Must have exceptionally strong delivery & relationship management skills. Should be a fluent communicator with a strong understanding of the Indian business space & a passion for recruitment. Must have a proven track record in terms of client acquisition & mandate delivery.

Associates - Professionals with 2+ years of recruitment with at least 1 year in the recruitment Industry. Must have strong experience and track record in delivery of recruitment assignments for large organizations.
