HR MANAGER-Perf. Appraisal and C&B, Mumbai

Required for one of the leading BPO in Mumbai: Manager –HR
Reporting to: Head HR

Job Description
The person will be responsible for the Compensation & Performance
Management for the Mumbai Operations
The person will be the first line decision on Compensation issues
Roll out performance management / reward recognition schemes
Measure effectiveness of the system

Would be responsible for all Payroll / Compensation benchmark &
evaluation for over 900 employees.

Key Skills Requirements
Should be a peopleÂ’s person
The person should have worked in large organization in the similar
function
The person should have independently should have rolled out the
activities.
Should be able to communicate effectively to all the internal stake
holders
Should be very good at Analytical Skills
Should be able to clearly articulate to the management about various
initiatives & reports

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation in HR with 5-6 in exposure in
Service Sector/ IT/BPO with ( 1-2 years in Service Industry )
