Position : Assessment Head/Delivery Head (HR)

For a leading HR Consulting Organization. The position will be required
for their Talent Search and acquisition Division. The service is
provided on a consulting model. The company works with clients right
from defining the role to assisting in induction process.

Role profile :-
Business Development - HR Horizontal Networking with HR Heads in
different forums assessing/interviewing candidates for senior positions
in different industry verticals
Developing suitable assessment frameworks for different roles across
industry
Building the intellectual capital for the assessment practice
Consultative advice to clients on compensation, role profiling &
competency framework for various positions across different industry
verticals
Handling internal HR for the company

Sourcing assessment capability from outside with researches,
professional organization etc.

Candidate Profile :-
Person with 10 - 15 yrs experience in the entire gamut of HR function
and atleast 5 - 6 yrs. in recruitment/hiring function.

Compensation :- comparable to the industry standard.
