Position II : Manager Recruiter
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1998-1999 batch
Client: Leading BPO of a MNC Bank
Reporting to: Head of Recruitment
KRA's
- Recruiting candidates across levels
- Developing and implementing the overall staffing strategy
- Conducting interviews with candidates across levels, short-listing
and co-ordinating Interviews with the Senior Management
- Co-ordinating with the Senior Management Team for requirement gathering, creating JD's
- Negotiating the compensation with the selected candidates, making the offer, conducting reference check and closing the position.


Position III: Manager Human Resources
