( Turn over in excess of Rs. 3500Crores) to advice on the selection
of: AGM/GM-HR ( PLANT) - Madhya Pradhesh.

Desired Profile :
Post graduate in Human Resources from a Good B School with minimum
15+ years relevant experience in independently managing the Plant HR
functions.
The incumbent should have experience in working in a Manufacturing
Set Up ( Preferably Pharma / Chemical) & Must have Exposure to IR
and experience in Union Negotiations / Settlements etc

Key Responsibilities :
Overall responsibility for the Human Resources function with
demonstrated competencies in key areas of HR, specifically in
Resourcing, Performance Management, Training and Development,
Compensation & Benefits .
