SAP pro's - Delhi

This requirement is for a renowned international development Agency.& based in Delhi.

Responsibilities

Participate in planning and organizing the logistics of meetings,
conferences, retreats;
Provide support for processing consultant's contracts; SAP purchase
orders (material and consultant & firms) and maintain contract files;
Serve as an information resource on status of PPIAF supported
project/products (e.g. procurement;disbursement, audit, trust
fund/co-financing, legal issues etc.) and draft a variety of standard
project-related correspondence;
Undertake ad hoc inquiries in standard/non-standard databases,
retrieve, and present data;
Participate in production of the various PPIAF reporting
requirements (quarterly, annual financial reports & other periodic
reports as required);
Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by the Regional Coordinator. Program
Leader;
Work requires frequent interaction with internal and external
contacts.

Competencies
Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written);
Knowledge of advanced functions of Bank's technology packages (in
particular, SAP);
Good knowledge of and demonstrated experience in specialized
administrative/operational support functions (e.g. database management, knowledge management, major event planning, etc.) and ability to apply relevant procedures, processes and systems;
Demonstrated skills in retrieving, gathering and obtaining
information from various sources (Internet, etc.) and pulling them together in a usable format;
Maturity, good judgment in handling confidential and sensitive
matters; tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external contact at all levels;
Ability to function under time pressure and handle multiple tasks;
High degree of initiative, independence, reliability and
adaptability;
Proficiency in use of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

Qualifications:
B.A. or equivalent, diploma in Secretarial Practice or equivalent.
At least 7 years experience
Excellent knowledge of office and information technology.
Fluency in English is essential;knowledge of the region's language
and foreign languages would be an advantage.
