The Human Resource Leadership Program (HRLP) at GE is a development program designed to enhance your human resource and business understanding skills. This is achieved through a combination of rotational assignments and educational seminars focused on state-of-the-art techniques.

The 2 year program consists of three 8-month rotational assignments. Two rotations are in HR and one is in a cross-functional position, which could include finance, audit staff, marketing, EHS, Quality/Six Sigma or other functional areas. While rotations can happen in any GE business, graduates of this HRLP program will finally be placed in various businesses of GECIS.

Candidates for the HRLP program must have -
* Post Graduate Qualifications in HR or related areas from premier institutes
* 2 to 4 years prior work experience in HR
* Demonstrated leadership experience, self-confidence
* Strong team player skills with the ability to lead &
energize others
* An understanding of business strategy and concepts
* Geographical flexibility
