Our client is looking for a Sr. Vice President (Operations) .

Location: Gurgaon

Educational Qualification:MBA from one of the 4 IIM (A,B,C or L) with.
Candidates with IIT graduation will be preferred.

Experience (Total yrs)(Relevant yrs):12 - 15 yrs of total experience
with atleast 6 ? 8 yrs in Operations and atleast 3-4 yrs in BPO Industry

Span of Control :Starting up the organization and taking it to 1500
employees by the end of year 2006.

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer.

Attributes : Should come in from operations in a large international BPO
or a MNC Bank or IT Service company · Must have been part of setting up
and growth of a BPO organization in the past. Should have been a
strategic part of the team that grew an organization from start to a
1000 people atleast.· Must have worked in both Voice and non-Voice type
of BPO organizations (Voice Outbound experience will be preferred). ·
Must be energetic and dynamic with excellent Communications &
Presentation skills.· Must have excellent Computer Skills (esp.
MSOffice)· Should have proven Man-management and Leadership and Team
qualities.· Must have successfully led large teams (of strength of
1000+).· Must have excellent analytical skills and Client handling
skills..· Must appreciate the nuances and challenges of a start-up
environment.

Responsibilities : Responsible for the India Delivery (Cost Centre) ·
Responsible for all Senior level client interactions for delivery.·
Responsibility for MIS to feed the board with delivery related
information.· Responsible for Process Profit & Loss Accounts for all
process(es) and work closely with the Financial Controller for this
purpose.· Managing SLA compliances/ Target Achievement/ Process
profitability etc. · Responsible for implementing Quality.· Responsible
for implementing retention and growth strategies for the employees by
working very closely with the HR and Training functions.
