HR Professionals

I am looking for two HR professionals as below:

1. 8 to 10 years of experience in HR of a large Indian or MNC.
Formulated and implemented HR strategies - experience in organisation
development like internal communication, training and development,
performance appraisal, embedment of vision and values will be an
added advantage

2. Upto 5 years experience - in general HR, excellent with report
preparing, analysis of data, coordination and follow up.

Both the profiles need high energy, very good communication,
interpersonal and influencing skills.

Candidate should be from XLRI/ IIM / FMS.
