Educational Qualification: MBA regular (From a Premier B-School Only) Total experience: 7-9 years after post graduation Industry Experience: Banking/ Insurance/ Pharma/ Healthcare/ KPO.
Location: Delhi
The incumbent must be working as Assistant Vice President/ Sr Manager/ Branch Manager/ Regional Manager/ Zonal Manager/ Zonal Head in a leading MNC for at least 1year. Should have good experience in Strategic business planning/ Sales/ Training/ Ops/ Corporate Strategy Should have good industry knowledge Should have excellent communication & people mgmt skills. Ability to work under pressure. Should be willing to design training modules & impart training Should be willing to work in evening shift also.
