Position : AVP / Sr Manager - Equity Research
Location: Mumbai(but the candidate will be intially based in dubai for couple of months)
Job profile:
a.. In-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis of companies under coverage
b.. Extensive modeling and valuation work
c.. Manage team of equity research associate
d.. Interact with research counterparts in Europe & the US to present a coordinated research offering to the firm's client base
e.. Transition the process to India.
f.. Broader industry analysis and research to provide relative value analysis and identification of investment recommendation
g.. Regular maintenance of coverage universe - updates for quarterly earnings, material events, etc
Perquisites:
a.. Postgraduate degree(MBA,PhD)from a top tier academic institution ,and or professional qualification such as CFA or CA with overall 5+ years of expereince
b.. Must have worked for a US Investment bank in equity research.
c.. Awareness & understanding of trends in the equity markets.
d.. Proven experience in communicating with international teams.
e.. Strong understanding of regulatory environment affecting equity research.
