We are looking for a HR Lead to be part of the HR team at Qwest Software Services. The HR Lead will play a HR Generalist role of a fast growing division of the company. Besides he/she will be responsible for one or more subsystems like training, performance management etc for the entire organization. This position will report to the HR Director.
The person should be post graduate in Human Resource Management from a premium institute with at least 5 to 8 years of post qualification experience. People worked in mid to large size organization only need to apply. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and a creative mind are a must to qualify for this position.
