Total Exp - 4 to 7 years in Banking/Finance/IT field
Relevant Exp - 3+ years in retail banking,Loans,Lending etc.

Designation : Business Analyst - Retail Banking - Singapore

* This is a purely functional role which requires no technical skills.
* Should have good knowledge in Lending or Loan Orgination Systems.
* Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge and work exposure in all aspects of Retail Banking Operations.
* Work exposure in credit initiation,Loan lending, Credit Risk assessment and management etc.
* Knowledge of GAP analysis ,Analysis of AS-IS and To-Be condition preferred.
* Sales/Business development may be part of your present job but not wholly (Upto 20%)

* Will formulate and define project scope and objectives based on client needs, a good understanding of applicable business requirements and financial industry solutions to solve complex problems.
* Will interact with client for requirement analysis and system study.
* Will interact with the Software team and provide valuable inputs during all phases of the Project.
* Good communication skill, quick and willing to learn.
* MBA/CA/Equivalent

** Salary would be upto 6000 SGD per month depending on your work exposure.
** Candidate should be based in India/Singapore /Japan/UK/USA and should be able to join at the earliest.
** Interview process would be telephonic followed by an optional personal round.
