The incumbent must be working as Sr. Manager / Head of Quality/ AVP - Quality in a leading MNC for at least 1 year. Must have prior experience in business process mgmt. Standardization of business process systems. Ensuring key performance initiatives. Also ensuring that the best practices get replicated and reused. Process improvement & Cost reduction Must have experience in implementing Six sigma Ability to work under pressure Must be good with numbers Must have good analytical & people mgmt skill, ability to convince people and drive change. Excellent communication skills Must have a stable career
