Assistant Vice President - Process Improvement

The incumbent will be responsible for process simplification, operational excellence & process improvement using statistical & analytical tools. Drive structured Change through use of influencing skills with people across various levels in the organisation.


Educational Qualification: MBA regular / CA + BE/Btech/Bsc Total Experience: 8-10 years after post graduation


The incumbent should be working as a Sr. Manager / AVP/ Associate Director/ Master Black Belt in a leading MNC for at least 1year. Exposure to project mgmt/ Consulting, preferably in financial services Innovativeness and out-of -box thinking. (Crisp, clear & original thinking is must for leading projects towards operational excellence) Excellent relationship mgmt & influencing skills Ability to coach &mentor employees Excellent analytical skills Good communication skills Persuasive & tough minded, but balanced in his/ her approach towards problem solving.


Those who have above mentioned experience and are Black Belt/ Master Black Belt - Certified are welcomed.
