Position-National Relationship Manager, broking
Job Responsibilities:
a.. Achieve FYP targets through coordinating with the channel partners & build long term relationships(Top line and bottom line responsibility for sales through the respective channel partners)
a.. Manage a team of relationship managers to ensure productivity & team development(Set targets and sales strategies for Relationship Managers)
a.. Interact with sales teams of the channel partners (Visit the branches of channel partners on a regular basis to observe the sales process & resolve queries)
a.. MIS & reporting (Maintain status trackers for submissions, pendings, issuances, rejects etc to be sent to HO & channel partners)
a.. Market Analysis & Strategy Formation(Review competitor activity, market trends, regulations and provide input/suggestions to adapt new strategy)
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, relationship building skills, creative thinking, team worker and decision making skills.
Qualification: MBA in sales & marketing from premier institutes
Experience:4-5 years in corporate sales
