We have been retained by a leading Insurance MNC Company to recruit candidates for the position of GM - Organisational Development. The candidate will have to take care of all functions related to Training and Development and Organisation Development, Performance Management,Setting Policies, People Capability Management etc. This position has two direct reportees at the Managerial Level and reports to the Director Human Resources. We are seeking to recruit candidates with 10-12 years of experience as a generalist with substantial experience in Training & development. The estimated compensation for this position without variable is upwards of 20 lakhs.
